These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by NUOMA Technology ("we", "our", or "us"), a computer rental and repair service provider located in Bangalore, India. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

1. Services

We provide computer rental and repair services, including but not limited to:

  • Rental of desktops, laptops, and related accessories.
  • Repair and maintenance of computing devices.
  • Technical support and consultancy services.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account and credentials.
  • Promptly report any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

  • Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services or networks.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our systems.

4. Rental Terms

  • All rented equipment remains the property of NUOMA Technology.
  • The customer is responsible for maintaining the equipment in good working condition.
  • Any damage or loss of rented equipment must be reported immediately.
  • Late return of rented equipment may result in additional charges.

5. Repair Services

  • We will provide repair services in accordance with industry standards.
  • Repairs are offered on a best-effort basis; we do not guarantee that all issues will be resolved.
  • The customer is responsible for backing up their data before submitting a device for repair.
  • We are not responsible for data loss or damage resulting from repairs.

6. Payments and Billing

  • Payment for services must be made as agreed upon at the time of service request.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, with prior notice to the customer.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, NUOMA Technology is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed as part of our services are the property of NUOMA Technology or its licensors. You are not permitted to use them without our prior written consent.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful activities.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website with a revised "Effective Date".
